    Product Features:

    Pentaerythritol tetrastearate is produced by Pentaerythritol esters together with long chain fatty acids such as stearic acid, also called Pentaerythritol stearate or simply PETS, are a class of polymer additives with a strong release effect.

    They are typically used in polycarbonate and ABS polymers, but also in PET, PA and other plastics.

    These release agents have extremely low volatility, a minimum influence on the transparency of the finished article and excellent thermostability.

    Application:

    ① For PVC:

    .PETS acts as a lubricant, release agent, antifogging agent, and antistatic agent in PVC.

    .The addition of PETS in hard PVC injection molding can significantly reduce the tensile strength and Rockwell hardness of the product. It will significantly increase the impact strength and yield elongation of the product.

    .PETS conforms to the influence of ordinary lubricants on the mechanical properties of hard PVC injection molded products.

    .PETS can significantly improve the processability of hard PVC and is an excellent internal lubricant, while also having an external lubrication effect.

    ② For PE/PP PETS: Serve as an antistatic agent, lubricant, dispersant, and antifogging agent.

    ③For ABS:.PETS can greatly improve the processing flowability of ABS engineering plastics.

    ④For PBT/PET:PETS can be used as an environmentally friendly high-temperature anti adhesion agent with excellent thermal stability and minimal volatility.

    ⑤For polyurethane (PU):.PETS acts as a refreshing and anti fogging agent.

    ⑥For PA6 and PA66:.PETS can be used as a high-temperature lubricant and anti glass fiber exposure agent for both internal and external balance in product processing.

    ⑦For other fields:

    .PETS acts as a lubricant, plasticizer, and release agent in the rubber molding process.

    .PETS can be used as a thickener in the field of oilfield drilling chemicals.
