Product characteristics and Application
G60 is a saturated aliphatic alcohol dicarboxylic acid ester, insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, isopropanol and other organic solvents.
It has the characteristics of light color, low toxicity, small volatility and good compatibility. The United States, Japan, the European Community and other license for its use in food packaging materials.
Ester lubricant G60 is a PVC internal lubricant, which is suitable for the processing of rigid and semi-rigid products such as PVC transparent sheets, bottles, low-foaming profiles, wire and cable sheaths, etc.
It has the functions of reducing melt viscosity, improving resin melt fluidity and imparting transparent effect. It has good synergistic effect with various thermal stabilization systems such as Pb, composite metal soap, organic tin, organic antimony, rare earth stabilizer, etc, known as "universal internal lubricant. Directly mixed with the resin, the recommended dosage range is 0.5~1.5phr. With the growth of the carbon chain, the high temperature plasticity and lubrication performance are also improved.
