GMS is produced from natural vegetable oils and fats, referred to as monoglycerides. Cardlo introduces six-stage distillation technology from Germany to purify, and the effective components reach more than 99%.
Glycerin monostearate GMS is mainly used as a mold release agent, plasticizer and antistatic agent in the plastics industry. It is also especially suitable for plastic foaming products, such as Anti-shrinkage agent for EPE pearl cotton. At the same time, it is an indispensable lubricant in the compound lead salt stabilizer and is also an excellent internal lubricant for PVC products.

①For EPE FOAM or PE (polyethylene) or PP (polypropylene) foam：GMS is an ideal foaming aid and anti shrinkage agent, which can be used for foaming high-density polyethylene and polystyrene (pearl cotton, EVA sole foaming).
② Plastic Lubricant: Monoglycerides can be used as excellent internal lubricants for plastic products, suitable for PVC, PE, PP and other materials, including PVC pipes.
③Antistatic agent and lubrication aid: monoglyceride, as an anti-static agent, can reduce the formation and accumulation of static electricity in plastic products, suitable for BOPP, PE, ABS, PP and other plastic products.
④ Anti-fogging agent and anti-dripping agent: It can be used as an anti fogging and dripping agent for film production and can be applied to various food packaging materials (PP).
⑤ Release agent: Monoglycerides are excellent release agents that can reduce friction between polymer molecules.
⑥ Plastic plasticizers - plasticizers and modifiers: polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (P. P), polyvinyl chloride (P. V. C), polystyrene (P. S).
Package & Storage:
The product is packed in composite bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. The storage period is 24 months. It is recommended to store it in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place. This product should be stored and transported in accordance with the regulations for general chemicals.
