Jiadele made its debut at the China International Bakery Exhibition, with its ice cream emulsifying and stabilizing products once again setting the industry abuzz.

From May 19 to 22, Guangdong JiaDeLe Technology Co., Ltd. showcased its offerings at the 27th China International Bakery Exhibition. This year’s event, themed “Innovation-Driven, Connecting the World,” drew more than 2,200 exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions. At the show, JiaDeLe presented cutting-edge technologies, products, and customized solutions in the food emulsifier sector to customers worldwide.

Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development: Green production processes have become mainstream; for example, enzymatic modification technology can enhance emulsification efficiency while reducing environmental pollution, and microencapsulation techniques enable the precise release of emulsifiers, thereby lowering their usage levels.

Jiadele’s flagship products—such as mono‑ and diglycerides of fatty acids, glyceryl laurate, sorbitan esters, sodium/calcium stearoyl lactylate, diacetyl tartaric acid mono‑ and diglycerides, and cake/bread emulsifiers—have long been highly regarded by a wide range of domestic and international customers. In addition, Jiadele’s newly developed ice‑cream emulsifying and stabilizing agent made its debut at this exhibition, drawing numerous visitors eager to learn more and place orders. This specialized product was formulated to stabilize ice cream and enhance its texture and structure, offering excellent flowability, high overrun, a smooth, crystal‑free mouthfeel, superior shape retention and resistance to melting, and an exceptionally fine, creamy texture. It is suitable for applications including cup‑style products, crisp‑cone products with intricate swirls, uniquely shaped cut‑out items, and micro‑puffed molded stick‑type products.
