On the morning of August 10, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Jiadale Global Headquarters and the Huangpu Kanggu Greater Health Industrial Park was successfully held at Huangpu Science City.

Xu Huaiyi, Chairman of the Jia De Le Group, leaders from relevant departments of the Guangzhou Development Zone, Academician Martin of the Australian National Academy of Sciences, and distinguished guests from government, business, and research sectors gathered on site to jointly witness a strategic milestone marking the Group’s rollout of its second growth curve.

Relying on Huangpu’s premier business-friendly environment, this five‑star, 5A‑rated, full‑chain health industry complex has officially broken ground and is simultaneously launching an aggressive recruitment campaign to attract top-tier health‑tech companies from across the country.

At the event, Chairman Xu Huaiyi expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Huangpu District Party Committee and District Government for their comprehensive support. From project approval to groundbreaking, Huangpu has delivered an efficient approval process—submitting documents one day and receiving permits the next—while maintaining a business environment that responds promptly to needs and refrains from unnecessary interference, thereby providing robust support for enterprises’ innovation and development.

III. Five Major 5A Standards, Creating a one-of-a-kind integrated health industry complex in the Greater Bay Area.

The park is planned and developed according to five key standards: Lighthouse Factory, Zero-Carbon Park, Green Park, Smart Park, and Transparent Tourism Park. Its three major industrial buildings feature clearly defined functions and comprehensive supporting facilities.

Building a 5A benchmark

Smart Manufacturing Tower No. 1: Features tiered, customized ultra‑high floor-to‑ceiling heights—12 m on the 1st floor, 8 m on the 2nd floor, and 6 m from the 3rd to the 7th floors—along with a Class 10,000 cleanroom‑grade transparent workshop. It is designed as a lighthouse‑style, fully automated factory open to public tours, ideally suited for the mass production of gene‑ and cell‑based diagnostics as well as health‑care finished products.
Building No. 2: The lower floors house pharmaceutical excipient and high-end cosmetic aseptic production facilities, while the upper floors—starting from the 8th floor—feature low-density R&D offices, enabling an integrated model of on‑site manufacturing and adjacent R&D operations.
Talent Apartment No. 3: A five-star, fully furnished residence for professionals, offering one-stop solutions for both employment and housing needs.

6,000㎡ of interconnected sky terraces

Three buildings are interconnected by a seven‑story skybridge, and the complex is planned to include a PE court, tennis courts, a table‑tennis hall, a leisure garden, and a team‑building area, creating a three‑dimensional, green sports space. The entire campus is equipped with centralized new‑energy heating and cooling systems and a digital, intelligent management platform, replicating the Group’s proven zero‑emission green manufacturing processes while balancing production efficiency with low‑carbon, sustainable development.
